Full MOLLE PALS system: the Molle Back Panel is designed to provide the operator with maximum configuration freedom while keeping weight to a minimum thanks to its skeletonized design.
The Tegris® technopolymer structure is overlaid with LAHYCO composite fabric featuring the Multi-Dot MOLLE PALS system by FROG.PRO®, which, in addition to allowing the attachment of pouches, also enables the routing of elastic cord for the retention of radio cables and antennas.
The LAHYCO fabric is NIR-Compliant, hydrophobic and flame resistant, delivering maximum operational safety by reducing NVG signature, enhancing mobility in wet or maritime environments and increasing operator protection in case of fire exposure.
The panel design allows the attachment of MOLLE pouches not only on the outer side but also on the inner side. The inner side is additionally covered with Velour hook-and-loop tape by Velcro® brand, allowing the direct application of Velcro Inserts. This feature enables the operator to make use of the concealed side of the Molle Back Panel, for example by mounting magazine pouches upside-down with downward magazine extraction, or a pouch for a compact hydration bladder kept protected between the panel and the plate carrier.
Ease and speed of installation on the plate carrier are ensured by the revolutionary V.LOK Fork Locking Interface system made from Tegris®, which allows the panel to be secured to the MOLLE system without the use of additional hardware. The system uses special fork-shaped tabs that hyper-lock into the MOLLE webbing, creating an extremely stable connection that is quick to install and equally fast to remove. Two robust YKK® side zippers complete the system by supporting the weight of the equipment.
