The particular shape of the Comfort Shoulder Pads and of their semi-rigid inserts is designed to wrap around the shoulder, distribute the weight on the trapezius muscle and relieve neck fatigue, allowing at the same time for maximum freedom of movement and a secure rifle buttstock positionment on the shoulder.
The part in contact with the body is made out of breathable 3D air mesh fabric, which reduces the build-up of humidity caused by perspiration.
In the inner pocket, in addition to the shaped technopolymer insert, there is a double layer of soft polyethylene closed cell foam padding that guarantees maximum comfort, even for prolonged use.
Their tubular structure allows the insertion and the passage of hydration bladder tube, antenna or comms cables. The slots of the Multi-Dot MOLLE PALS system by FROG.PRO®, placed both on the inner and the outer flaps, permit the exit of the headset cable in the desired position, besides providing a safe system for anchoring the LPU during maritime missions.
The LAHYCO fabric, out of which the external flap is made, has special laser cut slots for the application of ITW Nexus® QASM buckles.
The Comfort Shoulder Pads are compatible with all the plate carriers featuring shoulder straps up to 1-1/2”.
